Milan Marković

Milan joined Nikčević & Kapor in November 2025.

He holds an LL.B from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law (2025), and is currently pursuing an LL.M in International Business Law at the same institution.

Milan was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team, contributing to the University of Belgrade’s notable success in the competition. The team secured first place at the AIACAM Pre-Moot in Rome for the second consecutive year. In Vienna, the team received two honorable mentions.

Currently, Milan specialises in international and domestic commercial arbitration, investment arbitration, construction law, and commercial litigation.
